SeatradeMaritime: ONE launches intermodal service in Saudi Arabia

The shipping line will provide last mile trucking to and from the Port of Damman to four major cities.

Ocean Network Express (ONE) is launching inland logistics services in Saudi Arabia from the port of Damman on the Arabian Gulf.

The service called “Door Delivery” includes customs clearance with connections between Damman and the cities of Riyadh, Jubail, Jeddah and Neom, the latter two located on the Red Sea in the west of the country.

ONE said it plans to expand trucking to and from the Port of Damman to other locations.

Transit times are 24 – 48 hours after completion of customs clearance and based on delivery location.
