Seatrade Maritime: BVS Cranes expands with Benelux office

BVS Cranes has opened a new subsidiary in the Netherlands -BVS Cranes Benelux to serve as a regional hub for customers across the Benelux countries of Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg.

This investment is part of BVS Cranes’ global strategy to strengthen its international sales and service network and to provide closer and faster support to partners and clients.

Beyond the Benelux region, BVS Cranes has established sales and service centers in Duisburg and Mannheim (Germany), Sisseln (Switzerland), Salzburg (Austria), and Chicago (USA).

Celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2025, BVS Cranes, listed on Borsa Istanbul (BIST), has grown from a small workshop in Ankara’s OSTİM industrial zone into a global brand. Today, the company employs over 500 people, operates in 100,000 m² of production facilities, and manufactures all types of cranes ranging from 1 tonne to over 500 tonnes, with exports to more than 94 countries across six continents.

Meanwhile, BVS has begun shipping an RMG crane for 2 terminals in Germany. The unit features a rotating trolley and a lifting capacity of 41 tonnes.
