APL extended the rates Asia to Europe to November 1st, here their GRI notice:

We wish to inform you that APL will be implementing a rate restoration as follows:

 
Applicable from Asia (excludes Japan, Australia but includes IndiaSubcontinent, Middle East)

to:
North Europe – USD800/TEU with effect from 1st November 2014

to:
Mediterranean, Black Sea, and North Egypt – USD800/TEU with effect from 1st November 2014
