Evergreeen Security Compliance Management Charge (SCMC)

Evergreen informs their customers today  that they will start the Security Compliance Management Charge (SCMC) and the  Manifest Amendment Fee (MAF) for all shipments to

 
– Xiamen
– Quanzhou
– Fuqing
– Fuzhou
– Shanghai – new
– Xingang (Tianjin) – new

The charges will be levied on all shipments with “on board date” of 01. Dec. 2014 and will be maintained until further notice.

SCMC – USD 30 per B/L
MAF – USD 40 per B/L (for each single change of Manifest that was already transmitted to Chinese Customs)
