Hapag Lloyd: Shipping between Asia and the US West Coast? Here’s an important service update
With your cargo planning in mind, please note that Hapag-Lloyd will withdraw the WC6 service between Asia and the Pacific Southwest. The service will cease operation following the previously announced no sailings in weeks 40, 41, and 42.

What happens to cargo to/from Xiamen, Busan & Long Beach?
- Xiamen coverage after the WC6 termination will be handled via Pusan on the BS5 shuttle
- Busan – Los Angeles (instead of Long Beach) coverage after the WC6 termination will continue to be handled on the WC2 and WC5
