Singapore – Implementation of Booking Cancellation Fee

Dear Customer,
In order to improve booking reliability and increase the efficiency of space and equipment planning, we would like to inform you that with effect from September 7,
2015 Hapag-Lloyd will implement a Booking Cancellation Fee for export shipments from Singapore to Europe, North America and South America (Intra-Asia trade is
excluded).

 

 

 
 Booking Cancellation Fee (BCF): USD 60 per booking

 

 

 
This fee will apply to all bookings that are cancelled within three (3) calendar days before vessel arrival. For further information please contact your local Hapag-Lloyd sales representative.
