Notice of Booking Cancellation Fee Update

Dear valued customer, 

Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Ocean Network Express (ONE) to cater to your needs. Kindly be informed of the implementation of the Booking Amendment Fee (Charge Code: CBS – CHANGE OF BOOKING STATUS FEE) which will be applicable from Malaysia (MY) across all trade lanes and services as follows till further notice.

Applicable Charge:
a) First Amendment – made on the first calendar day after booking placement: Fee: Free of charge

b) First Amendment – made after the first calendar day following booking placement to more than 5 calendar days prior to Booking Confirmation of the Vessel Proforma Estimated Time of Departure (ETD): Fee: Free of charge

c) Second and Subsequent Amendments – made after the first calendar day following booking placement up to more than 5 calendar days prior to Booking Confirmation of the Vessel Proforma ETD: Fee: USD 25 per amendment

d) Any Amendment – made 5 or fewer calendar days prior to Booking Confirmation of the Vessel Proforma ETD: Fee: USD 100 per amendment
