Notice of Surcharge Update

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Ocean Network Express (ONE) to cater to your needs.

In order to continuously provide a reliable service, ONE will implement below Low Water Surcharge (LWS).
The LWS will be applicable to/from Brazil (Manaus and Porto Velho Ports) due to actual drought situation reducing drastically water level in amazon river. The temporary surcharge will be applied across all trade lanes and services. Its effective date has been changed as follows and will remain valid until further notice.
