ONE: Ocean Network Express (Europe) Limited, Greece Foreign Branch Update

We are sorry to advise that there will be a delay in our original timeline regarding the
launch of our new branch, Ocean Network Express (Europe) Limited, Greece Foreign
Branch. The new ONE Greece Branch, which will handle all sales, operations, and
customer service activities, is now expected to commence operations by the end of this
year. We will advise you the actual go-live date including cut over vessel/voyages and
ONE Greece contact details once all formalities are concluded as soon as they are
confirmed.

E.N.A Shipping Agency S.A. will continue to act as the appointed agent for ONE in
Greece until the transfer of activities to the new ONE Greece Branch in December. We
greatly appreciate E.N.A Shipping’s continued support and commitment during this
transition period, ensuring uninterrupted service.

We remain fully committed to the Greek market and the broader Mediterranean region.
Our preparations are proceeding smoothly, and we will share more specific details
regarding the official launch date and new contact information in the coming weeks.
