ONE: SRX Service Update – M/V Mehuin v.254S/254N Contingency Plan

Jan 06, 2026

Dear Valued ONE Customer,

Strong winds in Cape Town continue to interrupt safe crane operations and vessel movement,
slowing cargo handling which results in extended port stays and berth delays.

Dealing with the above situation we have decided that the M/V Mehuin will omit Cape Town
CTCT and instead call at Port Elizabeth PECT as we remain committed to offering our Cape
clients the best service possible under conditions as are.

Cape Town import cargo on board the M/V Mehuin will be discharged in Port Elizabeth and will
connect to the M/V Santa Teresa v.254N, ETA 17 January 2026.

Export cargo originally planned for M/V Mehuin v.254N in Cape Town will be transferred to the
M/V Santa Teresa v.254N, ETD 23 January 2026.
