Dear Valued Customers & Partners,

Following up on our earlier communication, Karachi has just experienced one of the most aggressive rainfall spells during the past two hours, resulting in severe urban flooding. Life in the city has come to a standstill, with roads heavily flooded.

Both air and ocean shipments are now fully impacted. Our dedicated teams will be reaching out to you individually with specific updates related to your accounts.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this unprecedented situation.

Regards,

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

This morning, Karachi experienced heavy rainfall that led to flooding in several parts of the city. While ports and CFS remain unaffected and continue to operate normally, we are seeing traffic disruptions across the city. Some factories and suppliers are facing challenges in transporting their shipments to the airport due to waterlogged roads. We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed of any impact on operations.

At the same time, the situation in northern Pakistan is far more severe, where devastating floods and landslides have caused immense destruction and claimed hundreds of lives, with the numbers continuing to rise. Rescue efforts are ongoing, but many communities remain cut off.

We share this with a heavy heart and ask you to kindly keep the affected families and communities in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Your continued support and understanding mean a great deal as we work together through these challenges.

Regards

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

We’d like to share a brief update on the ongoing vessel disruptions to Europe from Pakistan.

Carrier Delays:

– MSC: Both feeders are delayed; one will skip its rotation, and an alternate vessel is being arranged.

– CMA CGM & Hapag-Lloyd: Left behind many timely containers over the weekend.

– ONE & HMM: Also facing delays, with vessels running behind schedule.

Operational Challenges:

– Some carriers report that Pakistan Customs has allowed vessels with Indian cargo, but port draft limitations—especially at SAPT—restrict large vessels from operating fully loaded, complicating operations.

Outlook: While there’s slight improvement from last month, normalcy hasn’t returned. We’re monitoring the situation closely and will keep you informed.

Regards
