Seatrade Maritime: China Harbour Engineering Company wins Singapore port project
China Harbour Engineering Company has successfully been awarded the contract for the F3 Barge Berth and Container Yard Project at Singapore’s Tuas Port.
Developed by PSA, the project entails the design and construction of a 10-berth barge terminal, a back-up container yard, electrical substations and supporting equipment, on-site road networks, drainage systems, track infrastructure and other associated works, all built on the completed Tuas F3 caisson and land reclamation works.
The project is designed to cement Singapore’s core status as a world-leading shipping hub and deliver critical buffer capacity to address unforeseen disruptions such as global port congestion.

It is a testament to the client’s high recognition of the company’s proven project delivery capabilities, robust technical expertise and esteemed brand reputation in the industry,” said China Harbour Engineering Company.
