A strategic cooperation agreement has been signed between Hubei Port Group and DP World to deepen their collaboration between the two.
In port logistics, the two parties will explore opening new shipping routes and work to facilitate their respective ports as handling hubs for bilateral trade, promoting the flow of goods between the two regions.
For automotive logistics, they will combine Dubai’s hub position with China’s automotive industry strengths to improve vehicle transport services from Hubei to Jebel Ali Port.
Additionally, both sides will actively promote bilateral cross-border trade and enhance the trade competitiveness of enterprises in the two regions.
Hubei Port Group manages over 80% of the province’s waterborne foreign trade, serving as a key gateway for central China to global markets. The China-Europe Railway Express (Wuhan) connects 121 cities across 40 countries via 60 routes, playing a vital role in the Land Silk Road.
