Seatrade Maritime: RINA launches Greater China client care centre

RINA Greater China Marine has officially launched its Marine Client Care Centre (MCC), established with technical experts to provide professional marine supports.

Driven by technology and coordination, the new team will also be able to facilitate global operations.

Key responsibilities of MCC will include Interaction and Technical Support with customers of RINA Greater China Marine, providing technical support and solutions, and coordinating with RINA Marine offices and survey stations and assisting local clients for surveys conducted both within and outside of China.

Liaising with RINA headquarters, RINA overseas marine offices, and flag administrations regarding technical issues, MCC will conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions, and provide training to clients for RINA APP Tools.
