Splash247: Shubpreet Singh takes over at V.Ships

V.Group has appointed Shubpreet Singh as chief executive of V.Ships, promoting from within as the shipmanagement giant reshuffles its senior leadership.

Singh, a master mariner, has most recently been leading the execution of V.Ships’ strategy after previously heading the group’s Northern Europe and Americas business.

V.Group said Singh brings extensive operational and commercial experience, with a track record spanning customer management, technical management and operational performance.

Singh succeeds Robert Desai, who is leaving V.Group after joining the company in 2021 and most recently serving as CEO of V.Ships.
