We have just received information that negotiations between the transporters and the government have been successful. Based on current feedback, an official announcement confirming the end of the strike is expected shortly, pending formal notification.

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

Further to our previous update, the situation regarding the ongoing Goods Transport Association strike remains unresolved. Union members are continuing to stop trucks, leading to disruptions in cargo flows and port operations.

Government officials and the transport association had another session of discussion yesterday, but again, it could not be concluded. The strike continues, with transportation completely halted, affecting industries and businesses nationwide.

We would like to remind you that smaller truckers are still available and we are receiving cargo at our Container Freight Stations (CFS) without much impact.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we navigate this challenging situation and will keep you informed of any developments.
